This policy explains how Wyzen Digital LLC (“Wyzen Digital”, “we”, “us”), a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States, handles personal data. It applies to this website and to our work with clients.
Wyzen Digital LLC is the data controller for the data described here. For any question about this policy, or to exercise the rights below, write to contact@wyzendigital.com.
From website visitors: the information you choose to send us by email, such as your name, email address, company and the content of your message.
From clients: contact details, billing and company information, bank or card details needed to receive payment, contract documents, and the account and performance data required to deliver the services.
This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of that request.
To answer enquiries, prepare proposals, perform our contracts, issue and collect invoices, keep accounting records, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data or share it for advertising.
Where the GDPR applies, we rely on the performance of a contract for client data, our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, and our legal obligations for accounting and tax records.
Only with service providers who process data on our behalf: hosting, email, cloud storage, accounting, payment processing, and the advertising and publishing platforms used to deliver client work. Each is bound by its own contractual confidentiality obligations. We may also disclose data where required by law.
We operate between the United States and Europe, so personal data may be transferred and stored in either region. Transfers out of the European Economic Area are made under standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.
Enquiries that do not lead to a contract: up to 24 months. Client records: for the duration of the engagement and then for the period required by applicable accounting and tax rules, normally seven years.
Access is restricted to the people who need it, protected by two-factor authentication and per-person accounts. We use platform business tools rather than shared passwords for client accounts.
Depending on where you live, you may ask for a copy of your data, its correction or deletion, a restriction on how we use it, or portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to contact@wyzendigital.com and we will reply within 30 days. If you are in the EEA, you may also complain to your national supervisory authority.
Our services are not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
If this policy changes, the revised version is posted here with a new date.
